Saphyr's premium alpaca throws are responsibly sourced from the Andes mountains in Peru and are created from the finest 'first sheer' baby alpaca, which is the purest and softest of alpaca fibers. These fibers are gently transferred through the weaving process and are never blended with other wools, grades, or synthetics, resulting in a luxurious-feeling throw that is extremely smooth against the skin. And because it's naturally hypoallergenic and lanolin-free (meaning it won't hold dust or dander), you can feel good about wrapping yourself in it!
